Directions
- In a small sauce pot, whisk together the Maggi Seasoning and Culinary Cream.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Use a wire whip to slowly emulsify the butter into the sauce.
- Serve as a sauce for steaks, chops, and even vegetables.
