Bay Winds® Amber Shrimp
Directions
- Whisk hot sauce, beer, and garlic together. Pour over shrimp then wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Soak bamboo in water for an hour to prevent burning during grilling.
- Skewer shrimp on bamboo. Season with Cajun seasoning.
- Place shrimp on a grill over medium heat cook for 2-3 minutes per side until red and firm to the touch. Add salt to melted butter.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and brush with butter then sprinkle with parsley and serve.

- 2 lbs Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 16/20 Raw, Peeled and Deveined
- 1 cup Magellan® Cajun seasoning
- 12 ea bamboo skewer(s), 8-inch
- 2 cups water
- 1 bottle ea beer, amber
- 2 tbsp West Creek® Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Roma Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Flat Leaf Parsley, minced for garnish
- 1/2 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted, melted
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
