Asian Chicken Salad
Directions
- In small bowl stir together mayonnaise, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- In medium bowl toss together chicken, bell pepper and onions.
- Add mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve on salad wafers and sprinkle with pepper.

- 1/2 tsp oil, sesame, toasted
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, (sliced)
- 1/2 cup pepper(s), green bell, (red, finely chopped)
- - to taste Roma® Black Pepper, Ground, (coarsely ground)
- 2 tsp soy sauce, (reduced-sodium)
- 2 cups West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless Skinless, (finely chopped)
- 2 tbl West Creek® Mayonnaise
