Toast the kaiser roll then place on warm entrée plate.
Spray the veggie patty, mushrooms, and onion wheel with pan spray. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Cook veggie patty for about 3 minutes per side on the medium high heat area of your grill. Baste each side of the patty with the hoisin BBQ sauce then place on the bottom of the kaiser roll.
Cook the onion and mushrooms on the medium heat area of the grill for 4-5 minutes.
Top the veggie patty with the grilled onion wheel followed by the grilled mushrooms then top with kimchi and goat cheese crumbles then serve.

1 ea Heritage Ovens® Roll(s), Kaiser
1/2 cup kimchi
2 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), Shiitake, stem removed
1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, cut into 1/2 in. wheel slice
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground

1/2 cup Hoisin BBQ Sauce, (see recipe below)
1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Cheese Crumbles, Goat

Directions
In a sauce pan over medium heat whisk together all ingredients and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Cool down and keep refrigerated for up to seven days.
