Beef Enchiladas
Directions
- Heat Extra Melt White Cheese Sauce in steamer until fluid.
- In half steam table pan combine heated sauce, salsa verde, green onion, cilantro and beef and heat to 165°F.
- Assemble enchiladas by placing 2 ounces of meat/sauce mixture into each tortilla and top with 1.5 ounces salsa verde or 1.5 ounces enchilada sauce per enchilada.
- Top with 1/2 ounce Extra Melt shreds.

- 3 cup pork, pulled, (or beef)
- 1 cup enchilada sauce, red
- 2 1/2 oz salsa, verde
- 1 cup salsa, verde
- 8 oz LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® Shredded American Cheese
- 8 oz LAND O LAKES® Extra Melt® White Cheese Sauce
