Black and Blue Salad
Directions
- Season steak with blackening season and cook until done to correct temperature, then slice.
- Place wedge on center of plate and drizzle with dressing.
- Fan out sliced meat around wedge then garnish with bacon, tomatoes and cucumber.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. blackening seasoning
- 1 Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak(s), Sirloin Fillet, 4 oz.
- 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s), peeled and sliced
- 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg , cored and cut into a wedge
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape, sliced
- 1/4 cup Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Blue
- 1/4 cup tomato(es), grape, golden, sliced
- 3 oz. Village Garden® Cobblestone Bleu Cheese Dressing
