Black Angus Meatloaf

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, soup, chopped onion, bread crumbs, eggs, steak sauce, mushroom, ketchup and mustard. Mix well.
  2. Shape into a loaf, and pat into a loaf pan.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 1 hour, or until done.

  • 2 1/4 lbs. Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Ground
  • 1 cup bread crumbs, dry, plus 2 T. extra
  • 1 cup mushroom(s), portobello, diced
  • 3 tbsp. mustard, prepared , plus 1 tsp. extra
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), finely diced
  • 1/2 cup steak sauce, plus 1/4 tsp. extra
  • 1 10.75 oz. can tomato, soup, condensed
  • 2 1/4 West Creek® Egg(s), Large, beaten
  • 1/2 cup West Creek® Ketchup, plus 1 T. extra
