Braveheart® Asian Burgers
About this Recipe
Our signature Braveheart burgers are bursting with flavor and can be on your table in minutes. The beef is mixed with splashes of soy sauce, lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes, then topped off with a tangy peanut sauce for even more flavor! If your taste buds still want more, add in Thai chili paste, a dash of hoisin, or top with Asian slaw or chow noodles for added texture.

Braveheart® Asian Burgers
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- Combine peanut butter, sour cream, 1 Tbsp. of lime juice and 2 tsp. soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl combine ground beef, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 Tbsp. lime juice, coriander, ginger and red pepper flakes. Knead together and form into patties.
- Place patties on grill and cook until done. Remove from grill, place on buns, and top with peanut sauce and lettuce

- 2 Tbsp. coriander, fresh, chopped
- 2 tsp. ginger, fresh, grated

- 2 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 3 Tbsp. Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
- 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg, Leaf
- 6 Tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
- 1/2 tsp. Roma® Red Pepper, Crushed
- 4 tsp. soy sauce
