Braveheart Jamaican Burger
Directions
- Rub the Braveheart patty with olive oil then season with Delectable salt and pepper and jerk seasoning blend.
- Cook on pre heated grill or flat top to desired internal degree of doneness.
- Place West Creek sharp cheddar cheese on patty and melt.
- Remove and place on toasted Heritage oven burger bun. Top with Peak roasted pepper and mango salsa then serve.

- 1 patty Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Patty(ies), 8 oz
- 1/8 tsp Delectable ground black pepper
- 1 Heritage Oven's burger bun
- 1 1/2 tbsp jerk seasoning blend , recipe follows
- 1 tsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 2 tbsp Peak roasted pepper and Mango Salsa , recipe follows
- 1/8 tsp Delectable sea salt
- 1 slice West Creek sharp cheddar cheese
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air tight container
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp cinnamon, ground
- 2 tbsp garlic, powder
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp nutmeg, ground
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup paprika
- 1 tbsp parsley, dry
- 1 tbsp dry thyme
Roasted Pepper and Mango Salsa
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and toss.
- Allow to sit overnight before serving which allows flavors to bloom.
- Product will last one week under refrigeration.

- 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, minced
- 3 green bell pepper , roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 bunch onion(s), green, chopped
- 2 jalapeño(s), roasted, seeded, peeled and diced
- 2 lime(s), juice only
- 3 mangos , peeled seeded and diced
- 2 pepper(s), poblano, roasted, seeded, peeled and diced
- 3 Red Bell Pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp salt, sea
