Heat oil to 350-degrees F. Cook Angus bites for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Place English muffin halves on plate then top with ¼ cup spinach and artichoke dip per muffin half. Top spinach and artichoke dip with three bites per muffin half.
Carefully place poached egg then ladle 2 oz. of hollandaise per egg.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
