Broccolini with Parmesan Crust
Directions
- In a bowl combine breadcrumbs, olive oil, and parmesan cheese to form crust.
- Heat oven to 385°. Place broccolini in oven proof pan and top with crust. Bake for 10-15 minutes then serve.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Peak Fresh Produce® broccolini, blanched
- 1/4 cup Roma® Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, grated
- 4 tbsp Piancone Epicureo® unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
