Burrata Salad
Directions
- Wash tomatoes and basil well
- Toss tomatoes in mixing bowl with chopped garlic
- Arrange cherry tomato-garlic mixture on serving plate, season with salt and pepper
- Place burrata balls on tomato mixture
- Tear basil leaves and sprinkle over tomato and cheese
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and EVOO. Sprinkle with additional sea salt and a little fresh cracked pepper

- 1 1/2 pt heirloom tomatoes cherry
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), peeled, chopped
- 4 Piancone Cheese Burrata Rounds
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
- 2 tbsp Piancone® Vinegar, Balsamic
- 2 tbsp Roma® extra virgin olive oil
- to taste salt, sea
- to taste Roma® Black Pepper, Cracked
