Butternut Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage
Directions
- Heat butter and sage in sauté pan on medium heat. Sauté butter until it starts to brown.
- Add the ravioli to the pan and sauté until tender and hot.
- Plate and drizzle sauce over ravioli. Garnish with microgreens in the center and sprinkle green onion on edge.

- 1/2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
- 6 each Piancone® Ravioli, Butternut Squash, Half Moon
- 1 tsp. sage
