Cajun Shrimp and Halibut Taco
Directions
- Season and sauté the vegetables and sausage. Season the shrimp and halibut with the Cajun seasoning. Sauté the seafood in a hot pan.
- Combine the sour cream and mustard.
- Divide the vegetable mix on top of the flour tortillas. Top with shrimp and halibut.
- Finish with a touch of the sour cream mixture.

- 1 West Creek Andouille Sausage , cooked and sliced
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, sliced
- 1 tbsp mustard, creole
- 6 each tortilla(s), flour, 4-inch
- 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce Green Peppers, julienned
- 6 oz halibut, fillet(s), large diced
- oil
- 2 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), sliced
- salt and pepper
- 6 each Bay Winds® Shrimp, White 21-25 Count, tail off
- 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
