Carolina Pork Kabobs
Directions
- Take a skewer and have all cut ingredients in bowls.
- Place one piece of pork and push to bottom of skewer. Then do the same with in this order: pepper, zucchini, onion. Repeat steps until full and then do the same with second skewer.
- Place on grill to cook and brush with Carolina BBQ sauce. When you turn brush with sauce each time.
- When done, place on a plate, brush again and serve.

- 6 oz. onion(s), white
- 6 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Zucchini, thick coins
- 8 oz pork, loin(s), cubed
- 2 skewers, each
- 4 oz. West Creek® BBQ Sauce, Carolina Original Barbeque
