Chesapeake Gravy
Directions
- To prepare Chesapeake Gravy, pre-heat small saucepot over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. Add butter, onion, celery, garlic and seafood seasoning, frying over medium heat until vegetables are cooked and translucent, approximately 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to low.
- Add prepared Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy and bring mixture to a simmer. Hold at 150°F for service.

- 1 tbsp celery, small dice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 4 cups Custom Culinary® PanRoast® Brown Gravy, prepared, hot
- 1 tbsp onion(s), Spanish, small dice
- 1 tbsp seafood seasoning
