Chimichurri Flat Iron Steak with Salad
Directions
- Rub the flat iron with 2oz of sauce and place on grill and cook to desired temperature
- Place spinach, salsa and cashews in a bowl and toss, then ladle vinaigrette into bowl and toss
- Place salad on plate
- Set flat iron aside after cooking to rest for two minutes
- Slice at a 45 degree angle and then place on plate
- Ladle the sauce over the steak again and serve

- 4 oz Chimichurri Sauce
- 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Spinach
- 1 oz Piancone® Dressing, Chianti Basil Vinaigrette
- 3 oz salsa, roasted corn
- 6 oz Stonehouse® Beef Steak(s), Flat Iron
