Combine chicken, lime juice and garlic in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes. Sauté over medium-high heat in a skillet until cooked through.
Remove from skillet and drain excess liquid, add cilantro and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
Prepare the pepper and onion blend and Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire Roasted Corn Fiesta according to package directions.
For each fajita; fill a flour tortilla with 2 oz. each of chicken, pepper and onion blend and Cilantro Lime Rice & Fire Roasted Corn Fiesta, add 1 oz. pico de gallo and 1/2 oz. of cheese. Roll and serve.
