Fried Shrimp with Chipotle Hollandaise
Directions
- Make hollandaise according to directions on container.
- In a blender combine, chipotle, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cilantro. Blend and then fold into hollandaise sauce.
- Serve over shrimp. Yields 1 pint.

- Hollandaise Mix, Follow Directions
- 1/2 lime lime(s), juice of
- 1 Tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
- 1 can pepper(s), chipotle, canned
- 1/8 tsp. salt
