Directions
- Put all ingredients except salt and water into food processor.
- Process until very smooth.
- Adjust texture with water if needed. Season to taste with salt.

- 1 oz basil, leaves, fresh
- 4 cup chickpeas, drained
- 1 oz chives, fresh
- 4 garlic, clove(s)
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
- 2 oz parsley, leaves
- to taste salt
- 1 cup tahini
- 1 oz tarragon, leaves
- if needed water
