Green Goddess Pasta Salad

Make way for a different kind of pasta salad! Every forkful is tangy, creamy and herby, with the help of house-made Green Goddess dressing and fresh vegetables. Pasta salad is easy to customize and very versatile—offer this as a grab ‘n go item, side or snack. Also consider increasing portion size to serve as a one-bowl meal.

Green Goddess Pasta Salad
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients except pine nuts.
- Plate and garnish with a sprinkling of nuts.
Ingredients
- 1 large Granny Smith apples, finely diced
- 1 lb asparagus, cut into 1/2 in pieces, blanched and chilled
- 12 oz Gemelli, cooked, drained and rinsed until cool
- 2 cup Green Goddess Dressing
- 8 oz Haricots verts, cut into 1/2 in pieces, blanched and chilled
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
- 2 lb Butterball® Roast Turkey, 3/4 in diced

Directions
- Put all ingredients except water into blender.
- Blend until very smooth, adding water if needed to adjust texture.

- 1/2 oz chives, fresh, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 16 oz mayonnaise
- 1/2 oz parsley, leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt, smoked
- 1/2 oz tarragon, leaves
- 1/4 tsp Urfa pepper
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 oz watercress, leaves
