Grilled Lobster and Bacon Salad
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla and blend well.
- Split into 4 portions and place on fried tortilla then serve. Garnish with sliced lemon if desired.

- 1 tsp. mustard, dijon

- 3 Tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, (minced)
- 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, (diced)
- 1 pepper(s), yellow bell, (diced)
- 1/4 tsp. Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1/4 tsp. salt, kosher
- 1 tortilla(s), spinach 10-inch, (cut into 4 triangles, fried)
- 1/4 Cup(s) West Creek® Bacon, (pieces)
- 1/2 Cup(s) West Creek® Mayonnaise
