Hawaiian Beef Fajita Bowl
Directions
- Combine 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 4 tablespoons pineapple juice and ginger in small bowl; mix well.
- Place beef steak and teriyaki mixture in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat.
- Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator up to 2 hours.
Ingredients
- 1 beef, sirloin cap (coulotte), about 1 1/2 lbs
- 3 Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Bell, any color, seeded and cut into quarters
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 5 1/2 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Pineapple, divided
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
- 6 tbsp Asian Pride® Teriyaki Sauce
