Empire’s Treasure® Inferno Eggs

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat. Add crab cakes to pan and warm for 1-2 minutes per side until heated all the way through. Place on plate.
  2. In a separate pan melt butter and crack the two eggs into pan.
  3. Cook for minute or so per side and then place on top of crab cakes.
  4. Drizzle the sriracha sauce on top and serve.

  • 2 Empire Treasure Crab Cake
  • 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 1 tbsp West Creek® sriracha aioli
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine the listed ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until needed.

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce Parsley, minced
