Jalapeño Sausage Laredo
Directions
- Place sausage, roll, onions and peppers on flat top grill.
- When bread is toasted spread with 1 tablespoon of Jalapeno Brewpub Mustard and top with sliced cheese, hot smoked sausage, grilled onions, peppers and drizzle with second tablespoon of mustard.
Ingredients
- 1 roll Heritage Ovens® Bread, Baguette(s), Artisan French, toasted
- 2 slices cheese, smoked Gouda
- 2 tbsp Jalapeño Brewpub Mustard
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), julienne and grilled
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Red Bell, grilled
- 1 sausage, jalapeño, smoked
Jalapeño Beer Mustard
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine.
- Transfer the ingredients to a container. Label, date and refrigerate the container.
