Lebanese Garlic Dip
Directions
- Boil potatoes until soft; mash and cool.
- Combine with garlic, lemon juice and salt in food processor bowl and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add canola oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.

- 12-14 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), peeled
- 3 cups Peak Fresh Produce® Potato(es), Russet, peeled
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Oil, Canola
- 1 1/2 tsp West Creek® Salt
