Lobster Macaroni and Cheese Dish

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan combine alfredo, shredded cheddar and parmesan. Heat.
  2. Fold in lobster meat. Add pasta and place in serving casserole.
  3. Optional: Top with crushed Ritz cracker and brown.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 oz cheese, cheddar , shredded
  • 3 oz Assoluti® Pasta, Elbow Macaroni, cooked al dente
  • 3 oz Bay Winds® Lobster, claw/knuckle/leg meat
  • 1/2 oz cheese grated, Parmesan
  • optional crackers, Ritz , for topping
