Directions
- Add mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and salt in mixer bowl fitted with whisk attachment.
- Mix on medium speed until smooth, stop mixer and scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
- Add cream, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated; mix on medium-high speed 1- 3 minutes until light and fluffy. DO NOT OVERMIX.
