Meatball Parm Sliders

Directions

  1. Mix the beef with the onion powder, garlic, and panade (bread with milk), egg, and Knorr® Beef Base.
  2. Roll into 3 oz balls, place on a parchment lined sheet tray and bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees Farenheit. 
  3. To serve, place meatballs on a tray covered with the shredded mozzarella and bake until cheese melts.
  4. Cut the garlic knot in half, stuff with the meatball and enjoy.

  • 2 cups beef, 90/10
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. garlic, powder
  • 2 ea. bread, Italian, sliced, crust removed
  • 2 tbsp. milk, whole
  • 1 ea. egg(s), beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Knorr® Professional Beef Liquid Concentrated Base
  • 32 oz. tomato, sauce
  • 1 cup cheese, mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 oz. cheese, Parmesan , grated
  • 12 ea. Garlic knots, with garlic, parsley and parmesan
