Mediterranean Tuna Salad
Directions
- In small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic and salt.
- Add tuna, carrot, onion and parsley. Toss to coat. Serve with salad wafers.

- 1/2 tsp oregano, dried, (leaves)
- 1 garlic, clove(s), (minced)
- - as desired Heritage Ovens® Wafers, Salad
- 6 1/2 oz Magellan® Chunk Albacore Tuna, Can(s), (chunk, drained)
- 1/4 cup onion(s), red, (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh, (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tbsp West Creek® Vinegar, Red Wine
