Middendorf Roast Beef Hoagie

Directions

  1. Slice Middendorf (fully cooked) Top Round thinly against grain. Portion into 6 oz. portions. 
  2. Make Custom Culinary Pan Roast Brown Gravy according to directions. 

  3. Toast your Roma Hoagie, place beef into gravy; drain and place on hoagie. 

  4. Serve with Luigi French fries seasoned with our West Creek Ranch seasoning and Rye Street Pickle spear.
