Easy Pimento Dip

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, combine the nacho cheese sauce, cream cheese, sugar, and mayo. Whip until combine, scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.
  2. Add pickle juice, sriracha, and sugar. Whip to combine.
  3. Fold in roasted red peppers. Taste to adjust seasoning.

Serve with hot biscuits or crudité. Also works well with Chef-mate Basic Cheddar Sauce.

  • 2 cups Chefmate Que Bueno Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, room temp
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. Sriracha
  • 1/3 cup pickle, brine
  • 2 ea. Red Bell Pepper, roasted, deseeded, minced
