Natures Best Capers Cream Cheese
Directions
- Place cream cheese in mixing bowl with paddle attachment and turn on low.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill to bowl and continue to whip until incorporated.
- Remove mixture form bowl and fold in capers and red onions then serve.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Roma® Capers
- 3 lbs Nature's Best Dairy® Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce Dill, chopped
- 3 Peak Fresh Produce® Lemon(s), juice only
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red, diced
- 1 1/2 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 tsp Magellan® sea salt
