Peak Fresh Produce® Honey Gochujang Carrots
Directions
- Whisk together the honey and paste.
- Heat oven to 400-degrees F.
- Toss carrots with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Now toss carrots with honey mixture and return to oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add chives, and serve.

- 1 lb Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), Baby, blanched
- 3 tbsp West Creek® Honey
- 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Chives, Fresh, chopped
- 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Magellan® Black Pepper, ground
