Pulled BBQ Chicken Loaded Fries with Devil's Dust

Directions

  1. Fry crinkle cut fries until crispy, then season with Devil’s Dust or seasoned salt.
  2. Top with queso, shredded cheese, pulled chicken, and bacon.
  3. Melt cheese under cheese melter or salamander.
  4. Garnish with sour cream/crema and chopped cilantro.
  5. Serve with a side of Ken’s Remoulade Sauce for dipping.

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken, smoked, pulled, tossed in Sweet Baby Rays Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Contigo® Cheese, Mixed, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Contigo® Queso Blanco Cheese Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Devil's Dust
  • 6 tbsp Ken's® Remoulade Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 12 oz West Creek® French Fries
