Salmon and Kale Grains Power Bowl

Directions

  1. Season salmon with Old Bay and place in sauté pan on medium heat.
  2. Make Kale and Grain to directions and set aside.
  3. Use pan spray on asparagus and place on grill.
  4. Place grain mixture in bowl.
  5. Add salmon towards the center facing out.
  6. Lay the asparagus on the side.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
