Salmon Lettuce Wraps
Directions
- Marinate Salmon fillets in teriyaki sauce for at least 15 minutes before cooking.
- Grill fillets over medium-high for about 10 minutes turning once, or until cooked.
- Cool slightly then flake into bite size pieces.
- Place fish pieces into lettuce cups and garnish with desired toppings.

- 4 175 g Bay Winds® Atlantic salmon portions, thawed
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
- 8 Boston lettuce leaves
- cucumber strips, optional/as desired
- crispy Chinese noodles, optional/as desired
- water chestnuts, slivered, optional/as desired
- onion(s), green, sliced, optional/as desired
- red pepper strips, optional/as desired
- sesame seeds, optional/as desired
- Asian chili sauce, optional/as desired
