To assemble tostadas, place ¼ cup mashed avocado onto each tostada shell.
Cover each tostada with 3 ounces shredded Latin citrus-braised short ribs and drizzle 1 tablespoon Custom Culinary® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce over each.
Place 2 tostadas on serving plate. Top each with 2 tablespoons caramelized onion, 1 tablespoon cilantro and 1 lime wedge.

Latin Citrus-Braised Short Ribs
Directions
To prepare Latin citrus-braised short ribs, add vegetable oil to heavy-bottomed pot; heat until oil begins to smoke. Sear short ribs until dark golden brown on all sides.
Remove short ribs from pot; add Custom Culinary® Latin-Style Citrus Chili Sauce and water or stock to deglaze. When bottom of pot is clean, add short ribs back into pot and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low; cover pot tightly with lid or aluminum foil. Cook 2 to 3 hours or until short ribs are tender.
Once tender, cool in cooking liquid
