Sirloin Filet with Balsamic Honey Glaze
Directions
- Coat sirloin filet with olive oil, sea salt and black pepper. Allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Cook on an open flame grill or griddle to desired degree of doneness.
- Allow Braveheart® sirloin filet to rest for 5 minutes. Plate and top with balsamic honey glaze.

- 9 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak(s), Sirloin Fillet
- 2 oz Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 1 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 1 tsp salt, sea
Balsamic Honey Glaze
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over medium high heat.
- Allow to reduce 60 percent. Serve.

- 1 qt Piancone® Vinegar, Balsamic
- 1 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
