Directions
- Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.
- To serve: Place 6oz wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mateĀ® Country Sausage Gravy. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with scallions.

- 3 cups cheese shredded, cheddar
