Southern Fries

Directions

  1. Fry wedge cut fries until crispy.
  2. To serve: Place 6oz wedge cut fries in serving plate. Pour 2 oz. Chef-mateĀ® Country Sausage Gravy. Sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Place in preheated oven until cheese is melted.
  4. Garnish with scallions.

  • 3 cups Chef-mate® Country Sausage Gravy, warmed
  • 3 cups cheese shredded, cheddar
