Southwestern Cheesesteak
Directions
- On a flattop grill cook sliced steak, sauté onions and mushrooms and mix all together.
- Toast the hoagie roll and place the roll over the top of the meat, add provolone cheese and sautéed vegetables and then garnish on top with banana peppers and serve.

- 4 oz. Steak-EZE® Sliced Steak
- 1 oz. white onion
- 1 oz. red and green peppers
- 1 oz. pepper(s), banana
- 2 slices cheese, provolone
