Continue to layer with provolone cheese, bleu cheese crumbles and macaroni and cheese. Add second slice of bread, then additional Custom Culinary® Gold Label Craft Toppings™ Bacon Onion Marmalade and third slice of bread. Add pepper Jack cheese, cheddar and fourth slice of bread.
Grill on oven top for 3 to 4 minutes each side until cheese is melted.
