Vanilla Wafer Sandwiches
Directions
- In small bowl stir together cream cheese, sugar and orange peel.
- Stir in enough orange juice to make of spreading consistency. Add nuts, mix well. S
- Spread cream cheese mixtures on bottoms of 32 wafers. Top with remaining wafers, making sandwiches.

- 1-2 tbl orange juice
- 2 tbl sugar, powdered
- 1/4 cup walnuts, (finely chopped)
- 4 oz West Creek® Cream Cheese, (softened*)
