Vietnamese Herb Dipping Sauce
Directions
- Dissolve sugar in water, then combine lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar water.
- Add fresh herbs and crushed red pepper and chill until serving.

- 1 cup Ascend® Premium Lemon or Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Roland® Fish Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mint, chopped
- 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Fresh Thai Basil, chopped
- 1/3 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Magellan® Crushed Red Pepper
