We offer a variety of flavors with cheeses from the United States and around the globe, including myriad authentic Italian imports. Choose from a variety of sizes, spanning fine blends all the way up to dices for sausages. We can even add herbs and spices as we blend.

Choose the Type of Cheese:

We have whole milk mozzarella, part skim mozzarella, low-fat mozzarella, fat-free mozzarella, organic mozzarella, mozzarella substitute, rBST-free cheeses, vegan cheeses, cheddar, Romano, Parmesan, provolone, Monterey Jack, fontina, American, spiced, Asiago, Swiss, pepper cheese, Muenster, Gouda, edam, colby,  and an extensive selection of imported and specialty cheeses.

Choose Diced or Shredded:

• Regular Shred—This type of shred is diamond in shape and approximately 7/64” (2.8 mm) on all sides.
• Oval/Feather Shred—This type of shred is a slightly modified feather shred.
• Fine/Fancy Shred—The V-Cut shred is diamond in shape and approximately 1/16” (1.6 mm) on all sides.
• Ribbon Shred—A thin, flat shred 3/64” x 3/8” x 1 1/2”
• Dice Cut—Cut 1/8” x 1/8” x 1/8” cube; Cut 1/4” x 1/4” x 1/4” cube; Cut 3/8” x 3/8” x 3/8” cube.
