Asian Pork Burgers
Directions
- Combine pork/beef blend, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and anchovy paste. Form into 4 patties and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-high 4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Spread 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise on each bun; place a burger on each and top with cucumber and cilantro.

- 2 tsp Roland Anchovy paste
- 4 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), toasted
- Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, for topping
- 1 sliced Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s)
- 2 cloves Roma Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, root, chopped
- 1 1/4 lb pork, ground
- 2 tbsp Ascend® Juice, Lime
- 6 tsp West Creek® Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp kikkoman soy sauce
