Belgian Banana Foster Waffle
Directions
- Warm waffles and reserve.
- In a sauté pan over medium heat add butter and brown sugar. Cook stirring until combined.
- Add rum and simmer for 1-2 minutes to burn off alcohol. Now add bananas and cinnamon then serve over waffles.
Ingredients
- 4 Heritage Ovens® Belgian waffles
- 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s), peeled, sliced and quartered
- 1 tsp Magellan® ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
- 1/2 cup rum, dark
