Braveheart® Steak Bite Sunrise Southwest Bowl
Directions
- Place tater tots, peppers, black beans, corn, and onions in bowl then top with steak bites.
- Top with sunny side up egg followed.
- Arrange sliced avocado on each bowl then top with salsa and a dollop of chipotle sour cream on top then serve.
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 Braveheart® Angus Steak Bites
- for frying Brilliance® oil
- 3 cups West Creek® tater tots, cooked
- 2 Nature's Best Dairy® Egg(s), cooked sunny side up
- 1/2 Peak Fresh Produce® Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, caramelized
- 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Green Bell, caramelized
- 2 tbsp Contigo® medium salsa
- 1/4 cup Contigo® black beans
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Corn, Yellow Kernels
- 1/4 cup Contigo® chipotle sour cream, (see recipe below)
Contigo® Chipotle Sour Cream
Directions
- Whisk together ingredients and refrigerate until needed.

- 1 1/2 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Contigo® chipotle peppers, pureed
- 1 tsp Ascend® Juice, Lime
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, minced
