Brisket Grilled Cheese

Directions

  1. Heat Panni Grill, griddle, or sauté pan to 375°F.
  2. Place brisket and BBQ Sauce in a bowl and mix covering all the meat, set aside.
  3. Brush outside of the sour dough bread with butter, place cheddar cheese and jack cheese one slice on each slide of the bread slices. Add brisket.
  4. Place in Panni Grill/Griddle/Pan and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from pan, slice in half. Plate and serve.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Sadler’s Smokehouse® Pit Smoked Brisket, pulled
  • 2 oz BBQ sauce
  • 2 slices bread, sourdough
  • 1 slice cheese, cheddar, sharp
  • 1 slice cheese slice(s), pepperjack
  • butter, as needed for grilling
  • pickle spear, on/or Bamboo Stick Garnish
