Brisket Grilled Cheese
Directions
- Heat Panni Grill, griddle, or sauté pan to 375°F.
- Place brisket and BBQ Sauce in a bowl and mix covering all the meat, set aside.
- Brush outside of the sour dough bread with butter, place cheddar cheese and jack cheese one slice on each slide of the bread slices. Add brisket.
- Place in Panni Grill/Griddle/Pan and grill until golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from pan, slice in half. Plate and serve.

- 3 oz Sadler’s Smokehouse® Pit Smoked Brisket, pulled
- 2 oz BBQ sauce
- 2 slices bread, sourdough
- 1 slice cheese, cheddar, sharp
- 1 slice cheese slice(s), pepperjack
- butter, as needed for grilling
- pickle spear, on/or Bamboo Stick Garnish
