Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Combine chicken, egg, celery, breadcrumbs, butter and hot sauce. Mix together with hands and roll into 1½ inch balls.
  3. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Flip and cook an additional 15 minutes. For added spice, toss the meatballs in hot sauce after cooking.
  5. Dip in Ken’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, melted
  • 5 stalks Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Roma® Bread Crumbs, Italian Seasoned
  • 5 West Creek® Egg(s), Large, beaten
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) West Creek® Hot Sauce
