Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Combine chicken, egg, celery, breadcrumbs, butter and hot sauce. Mix together with hands and roll into 1½ inch balls.
- Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
- Flip and cook an additional 15 minutes. For added spice, toss the meatballs in hot sauce after cooking.
- Dip in Ken’s Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing.

- 5 stalks Peak Fresh Produce® Celery, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup(s) Roma® Bread Crumbs, Italian Seasoned
- 5 West Creek® Egg(s), Large, beaten
- 2 1/2 cup(s) West Creek® Hot Sauce
